新潟の日本酒のイベントでへぎそばが振る舞われて、そこでへぎそばというものを知り大好きになりました。
それ以来、街でへぎそばの店を見つけると今度行こうという思いはありつつもなかなか行けず、家からそう遠くない場所に見つけて今回行ってきました。
メニューは蕎麦以外にも居酒屋みたいに利用できる料理が意外に充実しており、行きつけにするのも良さそう。
へぎそばはセットがあり、天ぷらと稲荷1個が付いた1,500円のにしました。
麺がツルッとして、そのまま噛まずに喉を通ってしまいそうなへぎそばの感じが楽しめました。へぎそばは辛子を使うのですが、多めに入れてつゆもしっかり付けた方が美味しい気がします。
セットのボリュームが結構あり、天ぷらというか揚物が得意でないので凄くお腹いっぱいになりました。
天ぷら5種入っていましたが、私は3種位で丁度良いです。
蕎麦湯も出して頂きました。
