月曜日16℃小雨、魚沼に仕事で行けばへぎそば食べてたので懐かしく11:04到着入店先客2組3人。
冷たいほうじ茶いただく、甲斐バンド曲が流れてる。
へぎそばセット¥1,155お願いする。
4分後着トレイ、へぎの木枠ザルに蕎麦が整列。
ぼっち盛りとかいいから、ひと束づつ水切りして出汁に投入。
だし汁は醤油濃いめ、ワサビは右小壺。
そしていなり小2つ。
へぎ蕎麦は小麦粉でなく、つなぎに布海苔使うから身体にいい、また新潟には三大ラーメン王国、蕎麦屋がラーメンもやってるみたい。
