After 13:00 on weekdays. I put it in easily. Hegisoba is not very familiar. As I was looking at the menu and discussing various things, I was asked by the manager? explained various things. The soba noodles are all Hegi soba, and 100% of them are made from hegi soba. After much hesitation, I ended up ordering grated soba, which I always order everywhere I go. When served, they will explain how to eat it with mustard. The grated rice is not too spicy and there is plenty of mentsuyu. The thickness is just right. The soba noodles were smooth and smooth, had a slight aroma, and was delicious! The regular menu is a little smaller than the menu name ``Hegisoba'', but it felt like it was enough to eat. As I was eating it, I realized that you can add various toppings. I guess I should have used seaweed instead.I waited until I was done eating, and without saying anything, I made the soba soup. This consideration is wonderful. Grandpas were having a party at the next table. There are plenty of snacks and it looks good for drinking too! I think I'd like to go at night next time.
