I want to go to the Gyoza / Dumpling shop in Koenji! I thought so, but after going around a lot, I entered this store. I didn't think it was strictly a Gyoza / Dumpling restaurant because it mainly serves grilled Xiaolongbao, but it seems to be categorized as a Gyoza / Dumpling restaurant on Tabelog. I could have just grilled Xiaolongbao, but since there is a set, I made a set of 3 grilled Xiaolongbao and mapo bowl (chen mapo rice). In a few minutes, the grilled xiaolong bao, and in about 8 minutes, the chen mapo rice came. Xiaolongbao was recommended to wear an apron because he was jumping, so I obediently put it on. Indeed, if you break the top, it will overflow. On top of that, it feels like you eat it while slurping it, but it's so hot that it's hard to chew. I ate a little bit from where I could. You can feel the flavor and peculiarity of the meat. The skin was thick and well cooked, and the difference in texture between crispy on the surface and chewy on the inside was a new sensation. I was eating the mapo bowl because I thought it would be nice to have a numbness feeling because the pepper worked well, but I felt a strong salt content in the middle. I had a similar experience with another restaurant before, so I looked it up and found that it seems that the pepper has a strong salty effect, although it seems to depend on the cooking method. The shop itself was like a casual Taiwanese shop, and I liked the atmosphere. The Japan staff is also very responsive, and the service is different from continental Chinese, and although you can't tell from the outside, I felt that the food and service are maintained of good quality. This time, it seems to be the influence of the pepper, but I felt that the salt content was a little harsh for me, so I will try another mild-looking menu from the next time onwards. Oh, there is only one point, the table at the counter seat is covered with a thick plastic sheet, but it was a little inconvenient to use because the plates were stuck. But it may be a countermeasure that makes it harder for drunks to knock down various things. It was a feast.
