サウナ終わりに西成ホルモンを食べたくて再訪。
前回のオープンしたて以来で、
前回もちゃんと美味しかったし居心地も良かったんですがおつまみが更に美味しくなり改善されていました！
ホルモンのシロ、アブラ、レバの全てが
身が大きくカットされていて食べ応えがアップ。
おでんは前回よりも色が濃くより美味しそうな
印象に。色が濃いからといって味が濃いわけではなくしっかり煮込まれたたけのこや大根、卵、牛すじは程よく出汁が染み込んでいて絶品でした。
味、見た目、器などをこの短期間で改善する
努力に感動したし作り手の店員さんと話しながら
飲むお酒はより美味しく感じました。

食べたくて探しているとたまたま食べログで
発見したこちらのお店。

ホルモンは西成のやまきほど大きくないものの
味付けが甘じょっぱくて限りなく似てました。
臭みもなく美味しい。
お好み焼きは生地がもっちりしていて
美味しい。トッピングのバリエーションが
もう少し欲しいとは思いました。特におもち。
メニュー全てがお酒進むしどれも気になるメニュー
でまた行きたいと思えるお店でした！
会計はお酒が安かった事もあり2人で8000円
いかないくらいで、コスパもいいと思います！

I love this store so much that whenever I want to eat powdered or flavorful food, I always think of this store. All the staff are friendly and easy to talk to, so you can enjoy drinking alone or with friends. Although the store has only recently opened, it is a good store that listens to customer feedback and quickly improves and evolves. Nishinari Hormone Liver, Shiro, and Abura All of them are large and have a strong flavor that goes perfectly with the sake.Pork ball garlic chip topping The dough has been improved twice and is soft and fluffy.It has a faint garlic scent and is delicious, and the portion is large. Osaka Oden Bamboo shoots, chikuwa, daikon radish, shumai, beef tendon The flavor is soaked in and the color is dark, so I thought it would have a strong flavor.It's light and the soup oozes out and it's delicious.I definitely want to eat the beef tendon and bamboo shoots every time. There are many types of alcohol and the cost performance is good, so it's easy to use whether it's your first or second visit.
