3月に伺ってからひと月待たず再訪しました☆
こちらのなめろうは最高です。
日本酒が進みます！
マスに溢れるくらい冷酒を入れて頂き大満足。
あじのお魚だけでなくとろの部分をなめろうにして出していただきました(写真撮りそびれました(-｡-;
ほたるいかも身がしっかりで固くなくふっくらです。
連れの好みも覚えていて下さり穴子のつまみを出してくれましたがこちらも美味しかったです。
ご主人は人柄もとてもいい方ですがお料理や握りは丁寧なお仕事をされているのが食べると分かります、、
新鮮なネタはもちろんですがやはり手の入れ方で美味しさは変わりますよね。
又すぐ再訪したいです。
今度はお腹空かせて行きたいな☆彡
