《ホルモン焼肉 ぶち 阿佐ヶ谷店》Retty初投稿です。開業9年目を迎える広島発祥のホルモン&焼肉店。いや、美味いっすよ。関東ではほとんど食べる事がない「サガリ」（牛の横隔膜）を、流石に串焼きではないですが、頂きました。
此処は阿佐ヶ谷駅裏のディープな世界。またも、皆様をお連れしましょう。Rettyを読んでは立ち飲みに憧れ、会社を一番にあがってフラフラ。いくつかはあるのですが足が止まらず、5枚目の写真にある黒板を見て、九州かなと思いようやく入店。ビールは好きなものでしたので小躍りしましたが、コンロ焼肉だったので、お一人様はきつかった。ホルモンもさる事ながら、牛テールも硬いけど美味しい。ホッピーも頼んで、中落ちカルビ、ハラミ、サガリを追加しました。
最初に頼んだのは「黒毛和牛ユッケ」。これ、厚生労働省認可だって！

絶対に8枚目の写真にある通り、塩でいただくべし。甘いよう〜。
一人なのに、8000円超えてしまいました。いつもの通り、呑んじゃうと強気なもので、相すみません。
