タンメン700円
和佐家 杉並区阿佐谷南3-10-2
12時20分ころ4年ぶりに再訪麺。前回もタンメン(680円)食べてました。
カウンター8席くらい。先客5名。
口頭でタンメンを注文。
大きな鍋で麺を泳がせて茹でるのが良い。
10分ちょいして着丼。
並ですが、わりとボリュームあります。
スープは醤油かと思っていましたが、塩みたい。
野菜を油で炒める時、色が付いたよう。
とても美味しい中華スープ。
具は野菜が量も種類もたっぷり。
豚肉も細切れやミンチでなく肉です。５枚くらい。
キクラゲとニラが多めでなんか嬉しい。
麺はほんの少しですが柔らかめ。他のお客さんは麺硬めで注文してました。
私も麺硬めにすれば、完璧だったな。
自家製ラー油をかけていただきました。
