久々にタイ料理が食べたくなり
このお店へ。
緊急事態宣言下での営業で
アルコール類の提供はしていない。
ランチでの利用。
カオマンガイやガパオもあったけど
カレーの気分だったので
ゲンキョワンを。
出てきたゲンキョワンには、ホーリバジルが乗っている。
中々、ホーリバジルがのせているタイ料理屋さんは少ない。
きっと、ガパオもちゃんとホーリバジルを
使っているものと思われる。
色々なタイ料理屋さんで
食べたけれど、ここのは
今まで食べた中でも3本の指に入る旨さ。
鶏肉の皮がぐにゃっとしてなくて
一旦焼いてから煮込まれている。
ナスも。
ランチ以外は、単品になってしまうのだけど
ランチ限定で、一緒にカーオスワイと
スープとコールスローサラダがついてくる。
私的には、タイ料理にはカーオスワイより
もち米のカーオニャオの組み合わせの方がが好きだけれど
ここのカーオスワイは、よく炊けている。
炊飯器でなく、ちゃんと湯取り法で炊いていると思われる。
米は、ジャスミン米。香りがやはりいいね。
このご飯は、とても美味しい。
なかなか都内では食べられない
カオソーイもあるので
今度は、そっちも食べたい。
緊急事態宣言が解除され、お酒の提供が
可能になったら飲みながら料理を楽しみたい。
