ミート屋 阿佐ヶ谷店
ミートソース大好きです。
ということで、仕事の合間に阿佐ヶ谷へ行ってきました。
ミートソース専門店。
メニューはミートソースのみ。
（トッピングでナスや納豆はある）
到着時点で店外に６人待ち。
イスがあるのがありがたい。
２０分弱ほどで呼ばれて店内へ。
席はカウンターのみの８席ほど。
パスタを茹でて、盛り付けて、ミートソースをかける。ほぼワンオペで頑張っている。
麺は茹でたてをすぐに食べられて嬉しい。
大盛りミートソースが到着。
ミートソースは水分少なめのビーフシチューという感じ。味は割と濃いめ。
粗挽きの挽き肉がたっぷり。
パスタは平打ちでちょい柔らかめ。
茹でたて生パスタのようなモチモチ感は無い。
少し飽きてきたかなと感じ始めた時に食べ終わりました。ギリギリセーフ。
ミートソースは美味しいですが、
パスタは平打ちじゃなく
１.６のパスタでアルデンテに茹でたらもっと合うと思う。
（ただ自分の好みを好き勝手に言ってるだけです）
ミートソースかパスタか具材か、なにかアクセントになるものが無いと、
味も食感ものっぺり単調になっていて、
う〜ん……という感想になってしまう。
