この系列は吉祥寺ヒラタパスタ以来。
食券制で、選択肢はトッピングと量のみ。
大盛りを注文。
サラダにベーコン入ってて美味い。
パスタは丼に入って登場。
混ぜる指示あり。

普段使わないが、スプーンは必須ですね。
10回以上混ぜまーす。
濃い色のデミグラスっぽいミートソースは挽肉とマッシュルームのシンプルさで濃厚。相当煮込んでますね。
パスタと思えない太さの平打ちの自家製麺はモチモチ。
かき混ぜて食べるとかって。混ぜそばか、ジャージャー麺か? 笑。中華麺でもいけそう。
どちらにせよ美味い。
4種類のタバスコとチーズを駆使。
美味かったー。
大盛りでも余裕でした。
