新高円寺、好美屋さん。
日曜日の昼下がり、ぶらっと散歩している時にお邪魔しました。
パンを見ていると、お店の店主の方が、いろいろ話しかけてくださり教えてくださいます。もとはケーキ屋さんだった、とのことで、その後にパンを始めたそう。創業も古いとのこと。
いただいたのは
・コロッケパン
・サンドイッチ
の2点。
家に帰っていただくと、パンが柔らかく、惣菜の具とマッチして美味しい。
こんなパン屋さんが近くにあったらいいのに、、、。
