今日は昼時に、阿佐ヶ谷北口である。
松山通りを北へ随分行ったところにある阪江屋に寄る。
持ち帰り寿司の専門店で、太巻、細巻、押寿司、握り寿司もある。
ショーケースでの対面販売である。
一番目立つところに、普通のや、ネギトロなんかの太巻きが￥４２０くらい。
ここ太巻は、１つが１本サイズである。
下の方の棚に、鯵やサーモンの握り寿司がある。
アジ寿司￥３２０（６貫）を頼む。
都営住宅脇の公園で、図書館で借りた本を読みながら、ランチである。
鯵は酢で締めてある。割と甘い酢である。
酢飯は、硬めの炊き加減で、酢はそれほど効いていない。
酢飯の断面をよく見ると、握ってあるわけではなく、型押しして、酢で締めた鯵が乗っているようだ。
その上には、みじん切りの甘酢生姜が乗っているから、醤油は少なくていける。
東海道線の某駅弁の鯵の押寿司弁当（８貫￥９２０）より、うまくて安い。
ダイエット中なんで、ちょうどいい量である。
