珍しく早く上がれたので一軒目から阿佐ヶ谷にある日本酒ダイニングバーのミワミヤさんへ。通い出して10年くらい。頻繁にというよりは、2〜3ヶ月に一度などのペースでお邪魔しています。
ミワミヤさんの好きなところは、
・珍しい日本酒をお手頃に(450円〜)味わえる
・アテ(おつまみ)が絶妙
・1人飲みでも、大勢でも楽しめる
・落ち着いた客層
乾杯はいつも、少し軽やかにいただける微発泡タイプの日本酒です。甘さとスッキリした軽やかさがあり、最初の一杯におすすめです！(毎回品種が異なるので、それも楽しい)
私たちは、だいたい一人4〜5杯いただくので、好みを伝えつつ、ご主人にオススメを紹介していただきながら飲むのが好きです。
いただいたお料理は、
・かつおの酒盗
・新玉ねぎのムース、トマトのジュレのせ
・ホタルイカとトマトのマリネ
相変わらずちょうどいい塩梅と、量です。
お酒の銘柄は割愛しますが、
さまざまな土地の今が旬の日本酒をいただくことができ、
大満足です！
暑くなってくると冷たい日本酒がたまらなく飲みたい日も増えてくるので、また近々伺いたいと思います！
