週末に友人と二人で来店。一階席と二階席があり、一階はカウンター中心。二階はテーブル席になっています。
急な階段を登って二階席へ。ベロベロに酔っ払うと階段降りるとき危ないかも(笑)
お店のお兄さんのオススメのA5ランクの5種盛ハーフサイズと厚切りタン塩を注文。
５種盛りはミスジ、肩ロース、トウガラシ、クリ、ザブトンが盛りつけられた盛り合わせ。山葵醤油でいたたぎます。
ミスジとザブトンは美味しい脂が凄かったです。ただサシがかなり入っていて、胃にくるので二人ならハーフサイズが正解だと思います。
厚切りタン塩は美味しかったですが感動するほどではなかったです。
追加でライス、大判ロース、特ハラミもオーダー。
大判ロースでご飯を巻いたり、ハラミでご飯をかきこめば至福の時間が訪れます。
最後にジョッキを飲み干し、今日はおひらき。
