I felt like eating meat, so I went there without making a reservation. I ordered the Tsuki course, which is in the middle price range. It felt like good meat was being delivered one after another. If you eat only marbled meat, the sweetness of the fat can be unbearable. I reset with a lemon sour and enjoyed the taste. I was very happy to be able to eat a course with this value for money in this location. The shabu shabu-shabu style rib eye was my favorite. I tasted each of the carefully named cuts, such as "togarashi", "kuri", "misuji", "zabuton", etc. Every time I came across it, I remembered that it was like this! Sorry, but I think I'll save it all under the category of "pretty good wagyu beef taste". That's what I thought. I looked at the menu carefully, including the waiting time, and if I had ordered a la carte, it would probably have cost nearly 10,000 yen per person (this time, I ordered the middle course + minimum alcohol for 6,000 yen per person). With that setup, I got the impression that the restaurant was operating under the assumption that customers would order a course. They were efficient, and I could see that their operations were optimized for the course. If the course comes out quickly, you just keep eating and finish it, for better or worse. The last Cold Noodles were small and had almost no toppings, despite the wait, and I thought that was about right. The almond tofu was hard...I guess that's just the way it is, or that it's not something they care about. As the headline says, it's a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that focuses on courses that are good value for money. As a restaurant, I was satisfied with the quality and would like to return, but, how should I put it, after the meal I wasn't sure whether I was full or not. Personally, I feel that I would be better served eating a la carte dishes, eating lots of my favorite meats and munching on rice, lettuce, kimchi, etc.
