このお店は、都内で一番お気に入りの焼肉店です。
オープンは2011年ですが、当時はなかなか予約が取れにくく、2016年に初めて来店して以来、毎年1〜2回のペースで訪れています。
このお店は、何よりも、和牛の焼肉が本当に美味しく、店員さんが1枚ずつ丁寧に焼いてくれます。特に和牛のヒレ肉は絶品で、中でもシャトーブリアンと呼ばれる最高部位については、ブリカツサンドとブリ飯の2種類の食べ方で提供されます。
お肉の品質、味は間違いなく、個人的には都内の焼肉店の中で、この値段と内容はNo. 1だと思っています。
なかなか言い尽くせないですが、是非一度訪れてみてはいかがでしょうか。味も量も満足できると思います。
