Visit on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at 17:00 (reservations required). At the beginning of February, I made a reservation for the SATO Briand version-up straight ball course (19,800 yen including tax). I had received the straight shot course about 3 times at Nigo's shop, so this time I decided to try an updated version. Of course, it was extremely delicious even before the update, but before the update I had the impression that the quality would get higher and higher towards the end, and after the update I had the impression that it would be at full speed from the beginning. I understand that the version has been properly updated, but considering the cost performance, I may choose the normal throat straight course. Still, you can tell the difference with such high quality, so it was a course that you should try at least once.
