どう考えても倍の値段はするだろうと思えるほど美味しい。
初めのつまみの鯛の刺身からここは絶対美味しいと確信できた。唯一無二で、他では見られないような組み合わせや品が多数出てきて新鮮。
最近美味しいと思えてなかった日本酒がとても美味しく止まらない。
握りは人肌から温かいと感じるものまで温度が調節されていてこだわりを感じる。なんばスタイル初体験。これがプロの鮨職人か、、
大将は若くて爽やかかっこいい。人柄が良いためか店内も緊張感はなく心地いい。
もちろん客層、港区感皆無(笑)
ワインもない。拝金主義の高級店との違い。
つまみから思ったが、ネタがとても柔らかく溶けてしまう感じ。
