楽しみにしていた鮨しゅん輔さん。21時の回に訪問です。
おつまみが多めでお腹いっぱいになるコースでした。
前半には珍しいサメの心臓をお刺身でいただきました。鮮度が良くないと提供できない、貴重な経験でした。
なかでも気に入ったのはアワビ。食感が良くてまた食べたい一品です。
握りではマグロが美味しかったです。
大トロはシャリ大きめ、温度高めにすることで脂が溶けていくのと広がりを感じられます。
