優しい茶碗蒸しで身体が整います。
ツマミでは、初めてのモウカザメの心臓が臭みのないレバーのようで美味です。新鮮でないと食べられない逸品。
鰊が入ったなめろうはさっぱりとしつつも、脂身があり良いですね!
蒸し鮑はしっとりしていました。
握りはネタによって酢飯の種類と温度が変わります。
中トロはネタの旨みを味わう一方、大トロは厚めのネタに熱いシャリで口溶けまで楽しむ。
コハダでさっぱりさせた後の穴子のふっっくら、海老の濃厚さ、〆の甘めの玉子焼きまで大満足でした。
