今回はお肉のテイクアウト！
魚介や野菜も美味しい
ここ数ヶ月は、テイクアウト利用でしたが、久しぶりに店内でお料理をいただきました。
ディナーは席数を半分ほどに制限されています。
こちらのお店は、お肉料理がウリと店頭の看板に記載がありますが、
魚介や野菜、チーズも美味しいです。
この日は、魚介と野菜の気分だったので、お料理は以下の4品。
★サーモンマリネ 柑橘のサラダ
何度かリピートしているサーモンマリネ。安定の美味しさです。
この日の柑橘は、ルビーグレープフルーツ。
★ふつうのサラダ
こういうスタンダードなものが、ちゃんと美味しいです。
お通しのフォカッチャとこのサラダでワインが進みます。
★焼き穴子と焼き野菜
ふっくら焼かれた穴子が絶品！
★菜園風野菜の冷たいソースとモッツアレラのパスタ
野菜の旨味とチーズの旨味がパスタに絡んでめちゃ旨！
ワインは、まずサーモンに合わせて、白グラスを1つずつチョイス。
☆サルデーニャの白
☆プーリアの白
どちらもサーモンに合いました。
交互に飲んでいて、どっちだったか忘れてしまいましたが、
ハーブのニュアンスがある方は、
特に、サーモンのディルの風味ととても良く合いました。
2品目以降は、濃いめの白ワインをボトルで。
☆ポッジョ・レ・ヴォルピ ドンナルーチェ 2018（マルヴァジア、グレコ、シャルドネ）
ローマのあるラツィオ州のワインです。
トロピカルフルーツの果実の香りが豊かな、飲みごたえのある白ワイン。
2人で1.4万円ほど。ごちそうさまでした！
テイクアウトも美味しいですが、出来立てはさらに美味しいですね！
