今日のディナーは珍しく阿佐ヶ谷の南方面へ。前から気になっていたお店なんですが、なかなか機会がなくて行けていなかったイタリアン「ガッタ−ロ」に行きます。阿佐ヶ谷駅を南下し、５分くらい歩いたところを右に入ると、飲食店が並んでいる通りがあり、そこの一角にあります。土曜の晩の行く直前での予約だったため、テーブル席は満席で、カウンター席に案内されます。カウンターの前には可愛らしい服を着せられたワインボトルが並んでいます。
まずは「生ビール」と「キールロワイヤル」で乾杯！最初に自家製フォカッチャとグリッシーニが出てきます。フォカッチャはしっとりして旨い！店内はほぼ満席で、調理は一人で行っているので、料理が出てくるまでは少々時間がかかります。先ほどのグリッシーニをアテに、ワインを飲んで優雅に待つことにしましょう。というわけで白ワイン「ガットビアンコ」猫のジャケットが可愛らしいですね。
フード１品目は「焼き野菜盛り合わせ」パプリカ、カボチャ、ズッキーニなど緑黄色野菜がいっぱいで、味付けはおそらく塩とオリーブオイルのみとシンプルだからこそ、素材の味が活きています。
ここで２杯目のワイン「グラヴィーナ」
フード２品目は「真鱈白子とズワイガニのグラタン」綺麗に焦げ目がついて見るからに美味しそうですが、食べてみると…めちゃめちゃ旨い！ 濃厚なホワイトソースに蟹の香りと白子も濃厚な旨味で、結構量はありましたがすぐに食べ切ってしまいました。
ワイン３杯目「モンティビアンコ」
メインの料理は「蝦夷鹿の内もものグリル赤ワインソース」鮮やかな赤が目を引きます。噛むとしっかりした弾力があり、グリルした香ばしさがあり赤身の旨みが濃い！野性味溢れる味だけど、繊細な感じもあり赤ワインソースが肉の香りと味を引き立てています。
このお店も地元の人からいいよとお勧めされていたので、前から来てみたかったんですが、とてもいいお店でした。今日は食べられませんでしたが、パスタも美味しいらしいので、次来た時はぜひパスタを食べたいと思います。
