阿佐ヶ谷ツアー3軒目/6軒中。
ラオス料理を食べられると来訪。
アジア料理は好きな方かと思いますが、初ラオス料理かと思います。
メニューを見るとタイ料理とあまり違いは分かりませんが、メニューによってタイの国旗マークが書かれているものと、ラオスの国旗マークが書かれたものがあります。
まずはビアラオで乾杯です。
軽く甘みのあるアジアらしいビールです。
つまみには私の好物の生ソーセージと、初の鶏肉のバナナの葉包みを注文。
このバナナの葉包みが大ヒットです。
バナナの葉の優しい香りがしっかりと具に染みておて初めての味わいで美味しいです。
そろそろ記憶がない怪しくなりつつ次のお店へ。
