平日14時過ぎに訪問。
この日は会社休日でお休みで、たまたま田舎にいる親が東京に来たため一緒にランチを食べました。
南阿佐ヶ谷駅近く。
パール商店街の終わり口に近い場所にあるこちらのお店。軽井沢に本店があり、お蕎麦とかき氷を推しているお店です。
甘味処でもあり、和菓子が数種類ラインナップに入っています。
今回注文したのは下記の通りです。

▼肉そば
まずざる蕎麦ですがキンキンに冷水で締まっており、コシのある二八蕎麦です。
色味は濃くなく癖もなく、アッサリした食べやすいお蕎麦になっています。
おつゆですがこちらは甘めの味付け。
ここは好き嫌いでそうですね。個人的には普通ですが、普通のおつゆでも食べてみたいところです。
同様に肉そばも甘めなおつゆです。
甘辛スープにするたもに途中で七味を入れましたがこちらが大正解。
お肉も甘めに味付けされていて甘い×甘いのダブルパンチで口が飽きそうでしたが、七味を入れたことで変化球となり、個人的には好きな味わいになりました。
お店の味を変えてしまうのは申し訳ないですが、正直こちらのほうが美味しいかなと。
ベースはしっかりしているので間違いないですが、あともう一つ二つの工夫はほしいところですね。

近所でもありますし、かき氷も食べたいので次回は夏場にても来たいと思います。
