予約してきました。
ポイントが貯まってて
使えることもあったんですけれど、
こちらは何気にお気に入りのお店で
4回目です！
1.鳥レバ刺し
トロトロで口当たり滑らか。
山椒の実が美味しい。
何かに漬け込んでたような
香りがきつくなく、優しくふわっと広がる感じ。
お刺身の味を消さずに引き立ててるよう…♪
(最近はスパイスやら
調味料を使えばいいと思ってるんじゃないの？？
なんて感じるところが多いから…)
ゴマもネギも玉ねぎもいい。
最後まで飽きずにペロリと食べられちゃいます。
2.野菜串
全てのお野菜が甘くて美味しかったです。
特に驚いたのはネギ、
ピリッと感や繊維感が全くない。
こんなに柔らかくて甘いネギを食べたのは
初めてかも…。
3.焼き鳥
塩つくね、レバ…あともう一本(忘れてしまった！汗)
レバはレアでこれまたトロトロ♪
4.鶏鍋(一人前)
一人前からのオーダーが可能って本当に嬉しいです。
大振りでしっかり弾力がある鶏肉、
味が染み込んだ野菜を熱々で食べます。
美味しくて心も体も温まります♡
締めのご飯を投入して…テーブルにあった
タバスコに目が行って…ついかけてしまいました。
普通にポン酢やお醤油で足した味も良いけれど
タバスコ入れてたらすっかり洋風になって！
これまた美味しい♪
半身揚げを持ち帰り(来たら毎回してます)
明日のお昼も美味しいの続きを♪

ここから余談で。
20代の頃、通ってた焼き鳥屋さんが
安くて美味しくて5年くらい
ほぼ毎日通っていた時がありました。
それ以外にもけっこう焼き鳥たべてたんで
一時期、焼き鳥を食べ飽きたーって
言ってたんですけれど
10年くらい経ったら
また焼き鳥が恋しくなって…
そんな時、こちらに来てお気に入りに。
私の王子と一緒に来て、帰り際
「美味しかった！
良いお店に連れてきてくれてありがとう！」
って言われました♡
