23:15過ぎに入店。煮干中華そばをオーダーしました。
こんな晩い時間帯だけど、正統派のラーメンを食べられるお店が阿佐ヶ谷には有りました。
阿佐ヶ谷駅のすぐ北側には、飲屋街が広がっていますが、かなり品が良い方の繁華街という感じなので、〆のラーメンも自ずとサッパリ系を選びたくなるような気がします。
薄い色のスープはスッキリしており、固茹での細麺とマッチしており、腹八分でもお腹に収めてしまえそうなスマートな東京ラーメンでした。
