It is located a few minutes from Asagaya Station. It had a slightly unusual layout of tables and long chairs, but I was seated near the entrance. I'll order sour and Gyoza / Dumpling first and then think about other orders. I ordered stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts (shiguo chicken). Stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts came out quickly. Contains a good balance of green peppers, onions, carrots, chicken, and cashew nuts. It's not spicy. I think the seasoning is very delicious and the cooking quality is very good. But I guess it's charming that some of the chicken wasn't cut. Gyoza / Dumpling arrived in about 9 minutes after ordering. Gyoza / Dumpling are large, the skin is average, the filling is weakly kneaded, and the meat is not juicy. The vegetables are cabbage and chives, and although the cabbage is coarse and fine, the texture is not that strong, and when you look at the whole filling, it is well-balanced and easy to eat. The seasoning was weak and I couldn't really taste the flavor of the meat, but the overall impression was that it was an orthodox Gyoza / Dumpling that was easy to eat. Needing some more alcohol, I ordered a beer and Century egg tofu. Century egg itself wasn't a problem, but the sauce was surprisingly spicy, making it a bit spicy. Well, I think the tolerance level differs depending on the person eating this. The store doesn't have many seats, and there's only one foreign employee on the floor, but I had a surprisingly calm time there. My impression was that it was a Gyoza / Dumpling bar and a convenient Chinese Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Thank you for the meal.
