杉並区役所に用があり周辺の行きたい登録したお店を見るとすぐお隣にこちらがあった。13:30に区役所の用事を終えていそいそと入店。窓際の席が空いており座らせていただく。窓からの光が眩しい写真の映える席だ。そしてすぐ手の届きそうな所に「杉並区役所前」の信号標識が。
2種類のカレーとタンドリーチキンを含むBセットを注文。
最近マイルドなチキンカレーが多いとか偉そうに嘆いてみせて以来、立て続けに 南インド系と出会うご縁が続く。
おかげさまで、ここのカレーでも個性的なスパイス調合が楽しめた。特に当たりくじよろしく豆の間から大粒のブラックカルダモンが現れたのは嬉しかった。カルダモン好き男だがブラックカルダモンは初めて口にした。なんだか男性用香水のような大人の香りが鼻に抜けて緑のカルダモンとはまた違う高級感で得した気分。
