これまでにSATOブリアンいちごう、にごうと巡ってきたので、今回はさんごうを訪問。
ブリめし、ブリカツサンド、ヒレすき丼と主役級の3品全てが味わえるミニスペシャルはまさに盆と正月が同時にやって来たというアレ。しかも昼だとブリ飯のウニトッピングが無料に！！
ボロネーゼも初挑戦。
佐藤さんご本人実際にお店に出続けられているのもきっと、レベルを落とさずにやっていける秘訣のひとつなのでしょう。
年末の食事会続きで胃腸が休まりませんが、年末だ という雰囲気です。
焼肉は高級店はどこも独自の創意工夫を凝らしており差をつけにくいのですが、個人的にはブリメシ、ブリカツサンド、ヒレすき丼が同時に食べられるSATOブリアングループが頭ひとつ抜けて好きです。
