仕事の一区切りを祝って、夫婦でランチにお邪魔しました。お寿司はやっぱりおめでたい感じがあって嬉しいです。
「ちよだ鮨」ていうとチェーン店のお座なりな店ってイメージもちょっとあったんですが、、、とんでもない。
板さんがきちんと対応してくれて、私のために握ってくれる、美味しくて嬉しいお店でした。
シャリが大きいのが苦手な私にとっても嬉しいサイズの握り。
ノドグロなど高級魚の他にも、イカのヅケなど値段低めのラインも（というのは失礼ですが）夢中になれる美味しさで感心しました。
