武蔵村山うどん肉汁うどん300g(漬物、小林付)1200円。
阿佐ヶ谷駅から少し高円寺側にいくとあるこちら。
カフェと名前がついてますが、
昼時はランチが人気のお店。
お手製の武蔵野うどんが気になったので。
よく見ると「武蔵村山うどん」となっています。
うどんの太さやつけ汁の種類や量が選べましたが、
一番シンプルな肉汁の極太を。
温かい肉汁はつけ汁ではなくて、
かけタイプでした。
温かい肉汁に太くて平べったいうどんや肉が入っています。
うどんは平べったいもちもちできしめんぽくもあります。
