とんかつが好きな今までいろんなお店に来店し、たまたま東京に行く用事がありましたので、予約して来店しました。
予約は食べログではなく、別サイトomakaseから予約できます。行きたい方は登録して予約開始時間を狙うのが1番です。
私は予約開始2時間後で残り2枠でした。
※1週間分のうち2枠だけしか残ってませんでした
店内はカウンターとテーブルがあり、テーブル席は2名がけ4席、カウンターは何席かありました。
気になる味ですが、とにかく美味しいです。
衣は軽く、ハリガネみたいにパリパリ。
中は均一に火が入っておりジューシーでしたよ。
塩、塩＋胡麻油、ソースで頂きましたが、塩＋胡麻油が個人的には好きでしたよ。
追加で頼んだエビフライは、言うまでもなく最高ですよ。
予約するだけ価値はありますし、お金使うだったらこういうところで使いたいと思ってしまいました。
