青梅街道沿いの南阿佐ヶ谷・荻窪のちょうど真中辺りにある、ちょっとお洒落なラーメン屋さんです。付近には名店のCIQUEさん、道路反対側にはこれまた町中華の名店の和佐屋さんがあり、私にとってはよく散策するエリアなのですが、こちらのお店は初めての訪問となりました。以前より「中華そば500円」のPOPが貼ってあり気にはなっていたのですが、なんとなくいつも和佐屋さんに吸い込まれていってしまい通り過ごしておりました。もうオープンして3年以上も経っていたのですね。頑張っておられるようです。
中華そば
流石にこの状況なので、昨年10月に値上げしたようですが、それでもまだ600円です。営業努力に感謝です。
見た目は昔からの「ザ・中華そば」なのですが、白い綺麗なドンブリで提供されると別の食べ物に見えてくるので不思議なものですね。先味が少し醤油の強さが感じる旨味たっぷりのアツアツスープに、表面滑らかなススリ心地抜群の中細ストレート麺。具材はネギ・チャーシュー・ナルト・ネギ。これだけで十分です。これが昨年10月まで500円で提供されていたとは驚きです。次回はあご出汁の中華そばか白ごま担々麵にしてみます。また１店好きなお店が増えました。ご馳走様でした。
