The main chef is a specialist in Indian Cuisine, having worked as a chef at a famous restaurant in India for 17 years. The second person is a specialist who has specialized in Nepalese Cuisine for 10 years in Nepal. Please enjoy the exquisite taste created by these three sides that you cannot find at other restaurants. |
阿佐ヶ谷パール商店街でに2017年にオープン、近隣ではまだ珍しいダルバートを提供し、好き者たちの間で話題になった「シバダイニング」。
2020年に同商店街内で移転、広々とした二階建て店舗へと生まれ変わりました。

その広さ、一階二階あわせてなんと70人収容！
厨房頭上にズラリ並ぶアサヒ！キリン！サッポロの瓶！
これだけ日本ビールが並んでるの、逆に新鮮ですね。
この日は16時過ぎの訪問。
嬉しいことに、ランチタイムは17時まで。
しかもダルバートをはじめとしたネパール料理セットがいただけるんです。
シンプルダルバートはドリンク付きで610円という安さ。

こちはチョイラやサグがついたダルバートです。
お皿がスカスカに見えるのは単純に皿がでかすぎるだけ。
ライスもおかわり自由なので足りないことはありません。
カレーはマトン辛口でオーダー。
しっかり骨つきですが、ほど良き辛さで食べやすいですね。
ダルは塩気を限りなく抑えており、砂糖抜き汁粉の如し。
チョイラは酸味ある深漬けで、梅干ポジション。
トマトのアチャールはティムルが効いたスパイシータイプとは対極な、フレッシュ&スイートタイプ。サブウェイのパンに挟まっているような。といっても伝わらないかなぁ。
ふらり寄っていただくのにピッタリな、素朴な味付け。阿佐ヶ谷でランチにあぶれたらどうぞ。
