土日の昼に訪れた
阿佐ヶ谷のパールセンター商店街に最近できた持ち帰り専門の鮨屋だ
美登利寿司といえば新橋のコリドー街によく行列ができているのを横目に通り過ぎていたのを思い出す
コロナ禍ではもう行列はないのだろうか
そんな美登利寿司が持ち帰り専門店を阿佐ヶ谷に出すとは想像だにしなかった
昼時に行くと店の前にロープが張られ、10人弱が店に入るのを待っていた
店内は4人までとしているようで、案内係が一人いた
奥の厨房が少し見えるが、それなりの人数が黙々と仕事をしているように見えた
こちらで買ったのは、
美登利にぎり 880円
炙りサーモン 480円
納豆巻き
美登利にぎりには10貫が入っている
数の子、帆立、雲丹、いくらなど
他にマグロステーキやかま焼き、にぎりや巻物のパックなどもあった
このようなパックを見るとスーパーマーケットの鮨を思い出すが、もちろんそれよりは美味しかった
シャリは割と平凡というか際立ったものはないが、ネタがよかったと思う
