A friend invited me to visit ``Tabi Salon Umiko Hachinohe'' on the second floor of a building about 1 minute from the north exit of JR Asagaya Station, and I went there at 6pm on weekdays♪ As the name suggests, this shop is located in Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture. (Hachinohe)'s Local Cuisine and local sake delivered directly from the Hachinohe brewery (Hassen, Joku, wine, etc.) are special features, and it's wonderful to be able to view travel content videos and VR travel experiences on a large monitor as a travel salon. Actually, the proprietress was said to have worked as the Nakai-gashira of Imahan, which is famous for its Sukiyaki, for many years, so I received Sukiyaki from her ♪ It was a 8,500 yen (tax included) course that included all-you-can-drink beer, sake, wine, and other drinks ♪ The refrigerator was stocked with a lot of local sake (Hassen, Joku) delivered directly from Hachinohe Sake Brewery♪ First, we had a delicious bottle of Sapporo Black Label beer♪ For appetizers, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, salad, edamame, fried tofu, etc. ♪ And the marbled beef was delivered along with green onions, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, shirataki mushrooms, garland chrysanthemums, and wild vegetables, and it was amazing ♪ When I checked with the shop staff, it seemed like the beef was purchased through a special route, and the seafood was... I heard that it was shipped directly from Hachinohe. First of all, the proprietress wearing Japanese clothes will grill the beef in a round black iron pot right in front of you, then marinate it in raw egg and enjoy it♪ Aaah, this is so delicious and so happy ♪ And then we will have vegetables, tofu, and shirataki mushrooms. The beef was also grilled, and with great skill, it was delicious with the beef as the main dish♪ Then, we had green onions, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and shirataki mushrooms, and we also had the eggs replaced, and the garland chrysanthemums and green onions were also delicious. ♪ The sauce had just the right amount of sweetness and it was exquisite ♪ It was great to be able to enjoy Sukiyaki with plenty of meat and vegetables ♪ Also, for alcohol, Hachinohe's local sake Hassen and Hachinohe white wine were delicious. I'm going to have it♪ I was surprised that wine is also made in Hachinohe♪ Then, to finish off the meal, a generous amount of eggs were spread on the iron plate, and once they were half-cooked, we served them with egg-cooked rice, which also had a good dashi soup.
