もつ鍋がめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
頂いたのは味噌。安いお店にありがちなトゲトゲした感じのTHE味噌ではなくとってもマイルド。
もつもプリプリ。聞いたらお店で1つずつ丁寧に手作業で処理、仕込みをされているそう。
野菜も国産オンリーとの事で安心、そしてこの美味しさとコストパフォーマンス。
もつ鍋がめちゃくちゃ美味しかったけど、全体的にどれも美味しい。餃子も美味しい。
隠れた銘品は柔らかなとり肉(メニュー名忘れた…)。
街の居酒屋とは思えない美味しいお料理の数々でした。
