この間アンドビールにいってなかなか良かったので

お勧めされたこちら。

ラードで3時間コンフィした豚肩ロースのほぐし身に4種のナッツと4種の唐辛子をいれたものとのこと
トロトロで美味しいといわれたとおりとろとろ
この豚肉にパクチーとトマト
タコスがミニサイズなのでおつまみとして具を頂いてから巻いて食べる感じ
