阿佐ヶ谷の焼鳥屋さん「とり吉 セカンド」
朝〆24時間以内の新鮮な丸鶏を店舗で自家解体している新鮮な鶏がウリのお店！
解体で出てくる鶏ガラも12時間炊いて鶏ガラスープにしてメニューに取り込んでいるそう。
特に1羽から4本しか取れない、希少な極上もも正肉串焼きは1人1本限定なので絶対頼むべき。
鳥刺しカルパッチョと生よだれ鶏も美味すぎた！
よくよく考えるとよだれ鶏で生肉ってあまり無い気がするけど、生肉好きとしては最高の一品だった。
鶏大根は京都老舗問屋「うね乃」の無添加おだしで24時間煮込んでいて、大根に味が染みまくってて酒のつまみにぴったり。
鬼おろしポン酢は1度頼んだら何度でもおかわり自由で、
こちらもつまみにして酒飲むには最高。
刻んだ大葉も乗っててさっぱりで食べやすかった！
ドリンクのおすすめはレモンサワーで、
広島県大崎下島直送の「皮まで食べられるレモン」を使用していて、レモンまで食べれる
荻窪にも1号店があり“刺さない焼鳥”で大人気らしく、その姉妹店。
昨年10/12にオープンしたばかりらしいけど、かなり当たり！
確実にまた訪問する。
平日は18時まで、土日は17時まではハッピーアワーでドリンク半額。
生ビール300円、ハイボール225円、自家製レモンサワー280円(+100円でメガジョッキ)という破格の安さということもあり、昼飲みで使うのも良い。
焼鳥好き、昼飲み好きは絶対ハマる。
