学生時代の友人と3年振りに再会し酉の荻窪店さんへ。急な階段を上って2階はカウンターでしたか3階のテーブル席を用意して貰いました。琥珀ビールで乾杯！鶏料理のお通しが美味しくて山椒サワーを飲みながら筍の刺身、鶏のたたき三点盛を頂きました。鶏のたたきは笹身・もも・レバーとあり、笹身&ワサビ、もも&ゆず胡椒、レバー&ゴマ油の組合せはお酒が進みました。
焼鳥はお任せ７本（ロース、はつ、せせり、つくね、砂肝、うずらの玉子）+油壺（ぼんぢりの真中）、はらみ、皮、ふりそで（肩肉）を注文。つなぎは残念ですが無かったです。ロースはズッキーニ、せせりにはパプリカが刺されており変り種の串ですが野菜も楽しめました。砂肝・ハツは柔らかさと塩のバランス、つくねはジューシー、うずらは味付けが良かったです。はらみ・ふりそではギュッとした歯応え、じわ～と溢れる鶏の脂が美味しいです。日本酒は静岡に住んでいた友人が手に入りにくい磯自慢を飲んだり、山椒サワーとの相性が良いので飲みました。当日予約が出来てラッキーでした！
