元祖と言っていいほど15年くらい前からあるグルメバーガーのお店。
雑貨屋のヴィレヴァンと同じ会社でしょう。
百名店に選ばれる吉祥寺店や下北沢店に比べてこちらは空いてる穴場のお店。
平日15時までのランチタイムがお得なのでランチメニューからミートソースハンバーガーを。
追加でパティダブルが安くなるキャンペーンをしていたのでダブルで。
グルメバーガーの定義はよくわかりませんが、
おそらくハンバーガー用の平たいチープなハンバーグではなく、
ご飯と食べても美味しいハンバーグ単体でちゃんと美味しいやつをはさんだもの。
なのでそんな事いったら元も子もないが美味しくて当然。
そんなバーガーに今回はトマトの酸味と挽肉がたっぷり入ったミートソースがかかっています。
モスバーガーの高級な感じ。
パティを2枚にした事で大口開けてかぶりつきますが、
肉肉肉でめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
水分がしみないバーガーバッグなので食べやすい。
セットのポテトは手割りポテトといってじゃがいもを手で割った状態で揚げている。
丸揚げより断面が多いのでサクサク具合とホクホク具合のバランスが良くて美味しい。

Lunch Bolognese Cheeseburger 1090 yen. This is located behind Harukiya at the north exit of Ogikubo Station. The first time I had something called a gourmet burger was at this restaurant that has been around for about 15 years. It's probably the same company as the general store Villevin. Compared to the Kichijoji store and Shimokitazawa store, which are selected as one of the 100 famous stores, this is a little-known store that is empty. Weekday lunch specials are available until 3pm, so try the Bolognese Cheeseburger from the lunch menu. Anyway, the overflowing cheese is amazing. There is plenty of tomato-based meat sauce between the buns. It's true that it's difficult to eat, but it's delicious if you take a big bite. That's the best part about Hamburger. I had forgotten, but the potato-shaped potatoes here are delicious and should have been included in the set.
