月曜日36℃猛暑、別の中華休みで遅め12:16入店。
階段6段上がった半二階、カウンター1席空きあり。
タッチパネルにて中華丼単品¥750注文。
7分後着丼、珍しく白菜でなくキャベツ！
そして青梗菜、メンマ、ベビーコーン、マッシュルーム、豚肉、海老、烏賊、鶉卵と定番。
汁だくだけど片栗粉のトロミは少ない甘醤油味。
卵豆腐中華スープは熱々でなく一気にすすれる。
厨房は4人の男料理人達の中国語飛び交う、まさに中国。スープ付きで¥750はCP良い。
