近所に住んでいるので、また定期的に来よう！ってことになりました。
というくらいに気に入りました。
厚切りの牛タンはよく焼いても中はしっとりして
シマ腸は皮目パリパリ、油はブリブリで口の中で溶けてなくなる
赤身肉の盛り合わせは十分な量があって
カルビ、はらみ、ツラミ、ロースを食べ比べ
最後はカルビクッパで締めさせていただきました。
良いお肉をお腹いっぱいで大満足 という感想です。
