When I tried to make a reservation on the weekend, it was always full, so I couldn't go, but I was lucky because I was able to get a reservation today, which was a public holiday. Reservations are essential as customers keep coming in one after another. What we ordered *Miso cabbage *Salted cucumber *Top tongue salt *Set of average tan salt, striped chicken, salted skirt steak *Set of loin, fish fillet, top skirt steak, short ribs *Ulte *Grilled green onions *Cold Cold Noodles *Spicy soup set 2 types I ordered it, and it seemed like a pretty good deal. The single piece of Jotanshio was thick but soft and delicious. Also, the taste of the salt sauce was good, and it might have been better than the sauce. The meat I ordered was a little slow to come out, but I guess it can't be helped since so many customers came in at once. The meat itself was delicious and seasoned well, so I felt it was a good value for the price. The spicy soup and Cold Noodles at the end are absolutely delicious. Next time you order Cold Noodles, be sure to order kimchi as well. (Note to self) Thank you for the meal. I would like to visit you again.
