ハンバーグが食べたくなると、
必ずつばめグリルの銀色のアルミホイルを思い出すぐらい、
つばめグリルのハンバーグが大好きで、
昔からよく通っています。
個人的に、なんだかんだハンバーグだったら、つばめグリルのハンブルグステーキが一番好きです。
(二番目は、三笠會舘のハンバーグが好きです)
なので、つばめグリルに来ると、
ついつい、いつも、メニューもろくに見ずに、
つばめ風ハンブルグステーキを頼んでいましたが、数年前に帆立貝のクリームコロッケを食べる機会があり、それ以来このクリームコロッケにはまっています。
この帆立貝のクリームコロッケは、
衣がかなり薄めで、中のベシャメルソースもそんなにドロッとしておらず、ちょっとゆるめです。
そのゆるめのベシャメルソースに、ほぐした帆立貝の身がたくさん入っいて、すごくおいしいです。
ソースは、自家製タルタルソースと甘めのトマトソース(ケチャップに近い感じ)で、
フォークとナイフでクリームコロッケをザクザクき切って、このソースにからめて食べると、
本当に幸せのおいしさの味です。
個人的には、自家製タルタルソースの方が好きなので、しいていえば、もっとタルタルソースがしいてあったらいいのにと、いつも思います。笑
そして、この日は、今まで頼んだ事がなかった唐揚げも頼んでみたのですが、はじめて頼んでみてびっくり！！！
めちゃくちゃお肉がジューシーで、
衣がサクサクしていて、
塩コショウがいい感じに効いており、
添えられているレモンを絞って食べると、
有名唐揚げ専門の唐揚げよりも断然おいしかったです。
ちなみに、つばめグリルのメニューでもうひとつ好きなのがあって、残念ながら荻窪ルミネ店にはないのですが、ブイヤベース風おじやも絶品です。(池袋ルミネ店にはアリ)
別添えでアイリオソースがついてくるのですが、
途中からこのソースを加えて味変して食べるのが大好きです。
つばめグリルは、今やいろんなところに店舗がありますが、店舗での味のブレがなくて、
思いたった時に、気軽に行けて幸せな気持ちになれるので、昔から大好きです。
