ルミネ荻窪を５階までエスカレーターで上がると、真正面にあるのですぐに目に入る。店内に入ると、落ち着いたインテリアで広々としており、ファミレスよりもワンランク上の雰囲気。
何種類かあるハンバーグメニューから、和風ハンブルグステーキのランチセット１，３４２円（税込）をオーダー。ランチには、メインメニューにライスが付いてくる。待つこと１５分程度で、鉄板に乗せられたハンバーグが配膳された。ハンバーグの上には大根おろしと刻みネギがトッピングされており、和風ダレを好みでかける。和風ダレはポン酢かと思いきや、出汁のきいた和風ソースで、かけてみると肉の旨みが引き立ち、柔らかな合挽き肉のハンバーグと相性が良い。また、付け合わせにじゃがいもとクレソンが盛られ、ハンバーグの下にはさやえんどうが敷かれていた。特に、じゃがいもは風味が強く、トッピングされているグレービーソースと相まってとても美味かった。
隣席との間隔も十分にあり、接客も丁寧で、店頭にはその日の肉の生産者さんも掲示されているため、安心・安全で食事を楽しむことが出来る。客人をおもてなしするには良さそう。
