荻窪駅のルミネ５階のレストラン街にある”つばめグリル”
品川駅や川崎駅にもあって、”つばめグリル”は何度か利用したことがありました。
今回は、洋食好きの父親と一緒に久しぶりのご飯。
２回のワクチン接種も終わり、なんとなくご飯を食べに行っても良いかなと誘いました。
当店自慢のつばめ風ハンブルグステーキ
熱々の鉄板にアルミホイルに包まれたハンバーグが運ばれてきました。
ナイフを入れた瞬間にデミグラスソースの美味しい香りが広がります。
ハンバーグの上にはゴロゴロの大きな牛肉煮込みの塊も入っていて、
かなりボリュームがありました。
肉汁も出てきて、ライスが進みます。
添えてあるじゃがいもも皮ごと食べれて、大満足でした。
