休日でしたが、11時40分頃で整理券無しで入店できました。私は生中とニシンの酢漬けとソーセージ盛り合わせ、子どもはりんごジュースとつばめ風ハンブルクステーキを注文。お腹いっぱいになってしまうので、いずれも単品にしました。
ニシンの酢漬けは、臭みか全くなく、お酢の加減も程良く身厚で美味しかったです。子どもも喜んで食べていました。お醤油をつけると、お寿司屋さんのおつまみみたい。日本酒が欲しくなる味わいですが、つけ合わせがザワークラウトなのがつばめグリルならではですね。ハンブルクステーキは、熱々のフライパン型鉄板でホイルに包まれて到着。包みを破く瞬間がたまらなく楽しいです。開けると湯気とともにビーフシチューの匂いが立ち上り、食欲がそそられます。ハンバーグなので子どもにも食べやすいですね。つけ合わせのポテトはバターが染みていてホクホク。残りのシチューをつけていただきました。ソーセージ盛り合わせは、皮がしっかりしていて、香辛料のきいているもの、あっさりしながらお肉の味わいを楽しめるものなど、それぞれ違いがあります。添えられた粒マスタードは、少し甘めで美味しかったです。
セントラルキッチン調理で、どのお店でいただいても間違いの無い味わいですが、初めて食べた銀座のお店や品川のお店で食べたときは、お店そのものの雰囲気も手伝ってか、美味しーい！と心から言えたのですが、それと比べると普通に美味しいという印象。自分自身も色々食べて舌が肥えたこともあるかな。子どもと一緒に来るにはいいお店です。ご馳走様でした。
