つばめグリルなんて、最後にいつ行ったっけ？
二子玉川店に何年か前に行ったっきり。
『つばめ』は旧国鉄の特急由来で云々…そんな雑学が先に立つのだが、街角で目にする割にはそこまで縁がない。きっと、いくらアッパーに位置していてもチェーン店であることには変わりないから、同じハンバーグならば、『山本のハンバーグ』に傾くから、理由としてはそんなとこだろう。
でも、そんな覚めた気持ちで久しぶりに食べたつばめには、間違いなく満足したのであった。
そこまで美味しくもないけど、普通には美味くて、味の印象がそこまで強くない。セットで頼むと、お腹いっぱいになる上に、想定の予算内で落ち着く。
なるほど、マーケティングの教科書を逆算して読んでる感じがしてきた。
因みにハンバーグステーキよりも、デザートのかぼちゃプリンの方が印象に残った。
ファミレスの既成品みたいなもんかな、と思ったら、必要以上に南瓜が自己主張してドッシリしていた。
系列チェーンの店舗単独の印象を左右する一番のポイントは、何を食べたかではなく、どんな立地にあるか、だろう。
LUMINE荻窪店は、子連れ家族やシニア夫婦など落ち着いた上品な客層で占められていて、週末の夕食には最適な環境だった。
